Warranty and post-warranty service
Service engineers from our company perform maintenance on the equipment provided by our company during both the warranty and post-warranty periods.
In the warranty period (from 2 to 5 years, depending on the type of equipment) service provides our expert, upon confirmation of a visit necessity, arrives in a day to the customer’s factory with a set of necessary spare parts and tools. Usually, a visit from our engineers is required within the first six months of an equipment’s operation, as thereafter, the customer’s experts, who have been taught the theoretical background and undergone practical training, perform an independent replacement using supplied warranty parts.
The warranty is based on a separate agreement, which prescribes the conditions and cost of maintenance work.
Additionally, IBC Systems engineers perform repairs on refrigeration and peripheral equipment manufactured by third-party companies, as our qualifications and experience enable us to provide a warranty for these services.
Installation and launch
Depending on the project, our experts install pipelines for cooling liquids, lines for the flow of granular materials, and gas pipelines.
When you install an internal cooling system (air-cooled), we calculate, supply, and install ventilation ducts based on the project’s settings.
In line with modern requirements for pipe cooling, the latter can be made of stainless steel, PVC, PP, or PE.
Installation starts after issuance of a complete set of design drawings and documentation by our project department. We perform these types of work only for complex ‘turnkey’ projects.
Instructions
All our equipment is supplied with instructions. A passport and instructions, either in paper or digital form, are provided with the equipment.
If you need to receive instruction again, please send a request indicating the company name, contact information, model of equipment, and its serial number.

To ensure practical operational work, we have a stock of spare parts for the equipment provided by our company.

If necessary spare parts are not available at our warehouse, the delivery term will be 7 to 14 days.
